Сделал сервис по мониторингу. Через полгода заглянул кто им пользуется — а там думская партия, финансы целого региона, чужие прокси и один сайт из фотографии кота. Почти половина того что люди ставят под наблюдение — вообще не сайты. Показываю что нашёл в ларце. Взять глаз

Exactly: Build pointless status pages with a custom design. 😄

Since our wonderful tool #UptimeKuma is just so wonderfully easy to style (Yes! That was subtle criticism. Still: thank you for this great piece of software! ;) - I had to use the API for the visual side of things.

Two out of three worlds now have their own little status pages. They already existed and will remain, but now with their own design instead of Kuma’s default look.
Both pull data from the API of their respective origin:

Only #AWiT remains on the default Kuma design for now. AWiT will get a complete redesign in the foreseeable future, once the association has officially been founded.

Genau: Sinnfreie Statusseiten mit eigenem Design bauen. 😄

Da sich unser tolles Werkzeug #UptimeKuma ja so *hervorragend* designen lässt (Ja! Das war dezente Kritik. Dennoch: Danke für dieses tolle Stück Software! ;) - musste ich für die Optik mit der API ran.

Für zwei von drei Welten gibt es nun kleine eigene Statusseiten die zwar schon bestanden und auch weiterhin bleiben, aber eben im eigenem Kuma-Design.
Beide greifen auf die API ihres jeweiligen Origins zu:

Die endgültige Lösung brachten zwei simple Kernel-Parameter: processor.max_cstate=1 und idle=nomwait. Seitdem diese gesetzt sind, gibt es keine Abstürze mehr und das lokale Lademanagement für das Auto läuft absolut zuverlässig. Proxmox wurde zwar fälschlicherweise verdächtigt, aber die jetzige Mischung aus lokalen Kern-Diensten und einem reduzierten Docker-Setup auf Debian möchte ich nicht mehr missen. Ende gut, alles gut.

Почему я ухожу из Timeweb Cloud: 46 часов простоя в Амстердаме за два месяца — по данным самого хостера

TL;DR. Я выбирал Timeweb не из-за цены, а из-за «имени» и обещанной надёжности. За май–июнь 2026 года зона ams-1 (Амстердам, дата-центр Qupra) пережила шесть крупных аварий с суммарным окном недоступности около 46 часов — причём последняя авария на момент написания этих строк всё ещё не закрыта и идёт уже более 15 часов. Хостер на своём сайте обещает Tier III и аптайм 99,98 % — это 1 час 45 минут простоя в год . За два месяца факт превысил годовой лимит этого обещания примерно в 26 раз . Все цифры ниже — не мои домыслы и не «жалобы в чате», а сообщения из официального канала статусов самого Timeweb .

Как мы построили распределённый мониторинг аптайма

В прошлый раз я писал про рекурсивную задачу мониторинга : кто мониторит монитор? Если Prometheus упал — вы не видите ничего, и самое коварное тут в том, что отвалившийся мониторинг внешне неотличим от идеальной стабильности. Та статья заканчивалась честно и немного грустно: чистого решения нет, есть только слои подстраховки и остаточный риск, с которым приходится жить. Или всё таки есть?
