I don't know how seriously sexual violence toward children was treated in 1978, but I DO know firsthand about how unseriously domestic violence was handled in the 1980s.
There's no doubt in my mind that, for police and a court to permanently separate two kids from their mother back then, what those kids lived through must've been absolutely horrific.
To hell with Ramaswamy, Vance, and Trump and all who still support them.
