Battery life on my #System76 #lemurpro has gotten worse since I switched over to #bluefin -- I'm used to having a very similar time (~6-8 hours) with M1 Macbook Pro's but that isn't the case anymore. I know that with PopOS! but I was able to reach it with Fedora as well. Never used tools like TLP etc. Power Profiles Daemon's performance was very similar to system76's power management.
I'm not sure what's causing this. Battery goes from ~50% to ~10% very quickly.

Panel upgrade in my System76 Galago Pro is complete. Innolux N140HCG-GR2 (glossy, 400 nit) panel replaced the stock matte 250nit Panda display. About 30 minutes start to finish. What a difference it makes having a good display! I took a bit of time off from Linux Mint 21.3 recently to explore a few distros that had my eye. EndeavourOS being one of them. The experience was fun, but I was really happy to return to Linux Mint 22. It's nice when one's shoes fit really well and comfy.
I have to say that running LM on my System76 Thelio-Mira is pretty darn sweet. And the open source NVIDIA drivers have come a long ways.

Detachable keyboard with stylus then #creative #techies can #netbook or draw or #OBD2 scan and #Tunerstudio using this as our grab-n-go, goto device. 4K cameras front and back for usable #video content would be great too.
It's a terrible market segment, I get it. One can dream though! And since you guys make fabulous hardware already... small hw #MVP prototype just "to see" if there's potential? 😀

2. Manajaro
3. FedoraAlthough I haven't seen any of the #microsoft_recall refugees try Fedora yet. I've seen newcomers try it in the past.
If @fedora hadn't messed up codecs installation it would've been by far the best experience for newcomers. There should be a toggle during install that adds rpm fusion and installs ffmpg-full from there ASAP
