I found this silver pocket watch a few years back. Pennies at a flea market. Had it appraised and repaired for more money than it's probably worth. It doesn't want to keep ticking unless you have it free hanging like I have on the image, so it's still a little bit iffy. But, after 14 months of on-and-off repairs by clock repair specialists, it at least runs again where it didn't used to do that. I'm happy it at least keeps going for a while. :D

I was forced to use #Avidemux and #MKVToolnix on #Windows10 to strip graphic SSA subtitles from MKV files into SRT and recode a dozen such files to AVI with the SRT files next to it and I was so lost outside of a #Linux #Bash environment... Tried to #Python my way into a batch script but this just showed my weakness; I am terribad at Python. XD Anyway, I got it done (after adding the C:\Program Files\MKVToolnix folder to %PATH% because I decided to use Command Prompt, for some goddamned reason.)

Gotta love working with non-standard computer configurations which only really become an issue when a software update forces a reset of previously highly-customised configurations and it's late at night and you don't remember what all you did in software, so you just take half the hardware apart and put it back together in as standard a configuration as possible to appease the machine spirit...
