I prefer this app over DDG's built-in protection as you can control which apps & services to block & uses less system resources (RAM & battery use) in the process. This even let's you block & control googles system services when set up to do so. -
Can someone help me confirm that #YouTube is showing geo-targeted ads in previews for their links when you put them in things like instant messengers?
I have confirmed the ads are a thing, just wondering about whether it geolocates or if it's random ads.

In the meantime, I setup a Pi-Hole on an old Raspberry Pi 3B I had laying around last night to block as many ads and outgoing unwanted scripts as I could.
https://pi-hole.net/It is working great from what I tell! Even removed the ads from my Roku TV home pages lol! I’m sure some stuff is getting through, but at least it’s minimal.

The number of premature babies in Gaza have increased into an unbelievable level. With little to no incubators left, most of these innocent babies are doomed to die, either for the lack of medical care or baby formula as most mothers are unable to produce enough milk to keep those babies alive.

@jalefkowit I'm sure a lot of people are like me, see an add on Twitter, I don't just click on the 'I don't like this tweet' I block the company so I never see another one from them. It works far better on twitter than FB as well. #BlockAds
