Tried to make flakey rosemary and garlic flatbreads. Didn't quite work.
Another time I think I'd infuse the garlic in hot oil rather than incorporate it directly.

* Not soured, just sour from too long in the fridge. 🤣

Today turned out to be a bad day for a yeasted loaf — stuck horribly to the pan; but a great one for unleavened flatbreads which were light and soft and tasty.

LiFePO₄ is cheaper, inherently less risky and available in grid scale quantity.
Sodium is likely to be even better in some respect.

The old lumieres lasted 1950–2024 and might have gone on much longer had Management simply replaced the incandescent lamps with LED equivalents.
But no, they went for shiny. The new ones don't have replaceable lamps. So this one is being entirely replaced after only 9 months.
