So I have 158G of #borg backup that I'd like to get a file from.

I have the password, or at least I have what I believe is the password and borg accepts it.

`borg list /repo` gives no output
`borg check /repo` gives no output
`borg info /repo` gives <screenshot>

Doing borg mount gives me an empty dir

FIPS 140-3 allows the use of RADIUS over TLS (RadSec) (p. 130), essentially giving a pass to MD5 cryptographic module being used because it is wrapped in TLS.

RFC 9887 (TACACS+ over TLS) was published in December of last year - I am trying to understand if it gets the same exemption as RadSec, since it is wrapping the MD5 within TLS.

I've been recommended a new resume layout, but I can't get this section to be not spaced very wide.

The only difference between the two screenshots is having 3 columns applied to the section. My bullet style doesn't have extra spacing, but once it is in 3 columns the spread out :(

Ghost looks good, but Bluehost doesn't seem to support it. Boo. Research time. Web dev folks, got any recommendations that don't involve me having a server in my closet?

No shade on those who do, but my internet is frequently flaky, and paying for web hosting is the easy fix for that one.

Can anybody tell me anything about akYtec and their cloud solution for managing PLC devices?

I've never touched the PLC domain before. The company appears German which is good, but running PLC devices with on-prem control software would be even better I think.

Should I be looking at OpenPLC for instance?

Do I need a rail for of PLC's to play with?

Why would a computer (specifically a #G4 tower) power off when a DVD is put in the drive? I'm trying to figure out what's happening to the power supply in this situation that's causing the behaviour, because it's probably a pretty good clue as to what I did wrong when I rewired it that's also causing it to turn off after running for 15-20 min.

And it's not the drive itself. I swapped in another one just to eliminate that variable. I'm fairly certain it's something wrong with the way I rewired the ATX power supply to adapt it to Apple's weird non-standard pinout.

Update day, finally!

I've added a list of my costs, both past and anticipated future. I've also updated the title of the fundraiser to be more explicit in my intention (thank you to everyone who provided feedback!).

Engineers of #fosstodon, I need your help.

I'm building this desk with hidden monitors; basically a box that can open. The box opens with hinges and hydraulic gas springs (see pic). The box will then be placed on an electric desk frame.

My question: will it be a problem to have the legs in the middle of the frame (see white frame pic)? Will it be sturdier if the legs are towards the end (see black frame pic), so that the weight of the box when it's open is more on the legs?

All I want is a little #GitHub App to send a `repository_dispatch` event to a workflow whenever it gets installed on a repository. Instead, I just keep getting 403 errors saying that "Resource is not accessible by integration". I've got one with `contents: write` and `metadata: read` permissions, and it works when it's on my personal account, but does not work on an org account. #halp
