I was pleased to participate to the #OEMCGW23 at #Eurac in Bolzano. I contributed for CMCC with two posters: one illustrating a selection of in-situ datasets to be used in the
#OpenEarthMonitor project, and one on the current portfolio of ICOS_RI ecosystem stations datasets and the works-in-progress for #eddycovariance #footprint products and harmonisation with other global Network under #fluxnet. Such an inspiring experience!

Workshopankündigung: „Mediation in der Praxis“
Am 13. Mai 2026 findet im Rahmen der Vorlesung „Streitschlichten und Verhandeln“ ein Praxis-Workshop zum Thema „Mediation in der Praxis“ an der Hochschule Pforzheim statt.

Referent und Workshopleiter ist Dr. Jan Kayser, Direktor des Mediationszentrums für Zivil- und Handelssachen am Bezirksgericht Luxemburg. Er berichtet über seine Tätigkeit als Mediator in Luxemburg und arbeitet anschließend mit den Teilnehmenden an ausgewählten Kommunikationsproblemen, wie sie typischerweise in Mediationsverfahren oder Verhandlungen auftreten. Anhand von Beispielen aus seiner langjährigen Praxis werden gemeinsam Lösungsansätze erarbeitet. Die Teilnehmenden können dabei Kommunikations- und Mediationstechniken in Übungen und Rollenspielen direkt erproben.
Eingeladen sind alle interessierten Kolleginnen und Kollegen sowie Studierende aller Studiengänge.

Dr. Jan Kayser ist deutscher Jurist und akkreditierter Mediator. Nach mehreren Jahren in internationalen Kanzleien in Luxemburg leitet er seit 2012 das Centre Mediation, das Mediationsverfahren in Zivil- und Handelssachen betreut und die Aus- und Weiterbildung von Mediatorinnen und Mediatoren verantwortet.
