Brutal #Islanders loss last night. Just brutal.
Up 3-1, to lose 8-3 in the most important game of the season to date is hard to stomach.
The chances of making the playoffs could have been >80%, and now it is essentially a coin flip.
Hoping for a stark turnaround tonight in Buffalo.

Why do ferries to & from the Isle of Wight charge different prices for a day return, a return within 4 days and a return of 5 days or more?
You're still doing the same journey.

How can it cost more to be away longer?

From everything I’ve read Darche had a plan to trade the Montreal picks to move up the draft. But Darche completed the first part of the trade without ever shoring up the second part of the trade.
Darche would spend the day trying to make that happen. It didn’t , here is a textbook reason why you avoid dealing in the same division.
I imagine Darche learned a very valuable lesson today. Montreal took advantage of the rookie. I imagine unfortunately he may try to save face and make another possibly equally bad transaction.
On the plus side, this proves Lou has no say, I can’t imagine he would ever approved this..
