Does anyone use Tooot on Android? Do you have any problems where images don't load for you after switching back to Tooot from other apps? Or is it just me?

@edfloreshz technically the code is not quite reusable for React Native, still have to rewrite mostly the UI stuff. #Phanpy is also still not feature-complete yet.

I know that #ToootApp (3 'o's) is built in RN and open-sourced https://github.com/tooot-app/app . There's also #TrunksApp made in Flutter.

There's a lot of duplicated work with so many clients 😆 I would rather see other more mature clients copy my ideas 😂

I might have to go back to #tooot . I tried to switch to #megalodonapp bc it doesnt collect data but the videos wouldn't upload until I switched back to #toootapp

Bei Mastoot stört mich zu sehr die fehlende Anzeige der verbleibenden Zeichen im Beitrag und die fehlende Auto-Suche bei Eingabe von Mentions.

Das ist einfach nicht praxisgerecht für mich und ich finde bewundernswert, dass Du offenbar trotzdem so gut mit der App zurecht kommst 😃

Aktuell teste ich #toootapp. Aber irgendwie lande ich immer wieder zurück bei #metatext

Switched from a Pixel 3 to a Pixel 6, re-installed Tooot and now I'm having to manually refresh my notifications to get them to show in the app. No push notifications. I swear I've tweaked every setting there is on my phone and in my account settings. Anyone else experiencing this?

I am on my 4th iOS Mastodon app. There are a lot of things to like about #tooot

At the moment I am trying to add alt text to an image. Is that missing or am I missing it?

This is interesting. It looks like some changes in tooot app are not possible because of react limitations.

Trying out #tooot #toootapp since #metatext may be deprecated soon. Too soon to have an opinion, but so far nothing has gone wrong!
