Das mit #Peertube war die ganze Zeit nicht wirklich zufriedenstellend - ich habe ewig gesucht aber kaum Inhalte gefunden - auch in der App nicht. Diese Woche hatte ich ein Aha- Erlebnis: wenn ich @funfacts folge, finde ich die Videos alle hier in der App!
Und jetzt - heute morgen - habe ich in der #fedilabapp den Peertube-Button entdeckt!
Jetzt werden mir kommunistische Arbeiterlieder und DIYs für Tiergemälde angezeigt!

Además, tanto #Moshidon como #FediLabApp solían quedarse "enviando publicación" por tiempo indefinido bajo circunstancias aparentemente aleatorias, pero en realidad la publicación ya había salido... Tampoco tengo este problema con #Tusky.

Luego de 3 meses de probar #Moshidon y #FediLabApp, vuelvo a #Tusky, el principal motivo es que las otras dos me dan mensaje de error, a veces sí y otras también, al intentar reproducir videos (han sido contadas las ocasiones en que funcionan según lo esperado)

Ya que estoy por un rato usando mi cuenta en #fedilabapp , aprovecho y navego algo por la línea de tiempo federada.

#Fedilab by @apps supports #MarkDown syntax for toots if enabled in the #FedilabApp's settings under the *Timelines* configuration section.

If writing toots with MarkDown elements beware that Fediverse clients without MarkDown support will display the toot text literally. So choose the used MarkDown elements wisely.

I needed a #CheatSheet for this to see what's working and how it's displayed. Here it goes. 🧵

There are other variants involving the underline (`_`) character which are not as versatile because they can't be used inside words.

@kcarruthers Thanks for this pointer to #Signal. I was looking for a *free build-in* blurring tool on Android before but couldn't find one.

Photo blurring capability and Exif-data clearing as a configurable default setting would be a nice feature to have directly in the #FedilabApp, too 🤩

Is there any way to get #fedilab to show new notifications in the app itself? The web client shows you an unread count on the bell icon and I'd like something similar.

I started using #fedilab as a test for some features I don't know if I really miss on #tusky.

My generation grew up with the "eh, who cares, you'll survive" mantra, it's only natural to not know if there's something better out there.

That shouldn't stop us from searching for it, though.

After some glitches I had with #Fedilab yesterday at the great #Fediverse event in Cologne, I now reinstalled @apps and everything again works as expected.

I love the flexibility you have with the settings. Especially reordering the timelines, but the most important feature for a #Fediverse client for me isn't listed on the #Fedilabapp website https://fedilab.app/ . It is this:

I set up a few tags to follow in Fedilab. Now posts from these tags show up in the feed in the official Mastodon app as well, which is great, but I can't figure out how to manage these tags anywhere else than the Fedilab app? Where is this configured? Help out a newbie?

Is there a reason why I can add aethy and blorbo.social to my timelines on #fedilab but not fandom.ink or misskey.io/misskey.art? (They show up on the top but when I click them it says no timeline can be found (but in German bc that's the language I'm using))

Also what exactly happens when I go to a user's profile on another instance and click on "Follow instance/Folge Instanz"? #fedilabapp

Fedilab translation is broken for me. Anyone else having the same problem?

#fedilabapp does anyone know how the nitter timeline works? Am I wrong in thinking it can add a person's individual Twitter timeline to show in your fedilab app?

Anyone else on #universeodon having issues with the web browser version not loading on their computers? I tried on Firefox and Chrome, no go. Luckily #fedilabapp is working fine on my phone.

I can't be the only @apps user where the timeline jumps around when loading/fetching more posts. I am using cache. I have it set to delete cache when I close the app. Even when I open the app, the timeline isn't in the right spot.
Am I using the app incorrectly?

I had been using the official #MastodonApp but read something this morning suggesting to use one from a third party. For Android, the suggestions were #TuskyApp (free) and #FedilabApp (paid).
What I really want is something that condenses my notifications - I don't need to see my entire post each time someone favourites it - and makes it easier to follow threads, with less unnecessary visual clutter. Anyone have a #recommendation / #suggestion?

Holy hell, what is happening over at #Minds is shocking. We heard bad stories about their service years ago, though.

We all need to be incredibly vigilant at this time. The #Fedilab developer appears to have been compromised by a "#doxxing attack"and is now getting "help" to develop Fedilab, too.

Who is investigating all what is going on, especially as it relates to Thomas of #FedilabApp.

We are really concerned that #BigTech are in the process of co-opting #Fediverse at this time.
