Nouveau téléphone, j'essaie Tusky. Ça a l'air plus rapide et plus ergonomique, mais j'ai l'impression qu'il manque quelques petits trucs que j'aime bien dans l'application officielle.

Par exemple, les boutons de partage et de j'aime qui n'apparaissent pas si on ouvre une image en plein écran.

@Tusky I know this may not be the best place to post about it, but can you add an option to view a profile's posts without the boosts showing up.

Welche Android-App könnt ihr mir empfehlen, die die "neue" Zitierfunktion für Mastodon "schön" angezeigt und einen einfachen Wechsel zwischen mehreren angemeldeten Accounts erlaubt?

Ich nutze aktuell Tusky und mag nicht immer erst auf den verlinkten Beitrag im Beitrag klicken.

Ich bevorzuge vom Handling her eine eigene App, also bitte keine Vorschläge "einfach im Browser öffnen".

warum kann ich in @Tusky #tusky #tuskyapp beim Einfügen eines Hashtags in einen Tröt oder eine Antwort nicht sehen, wie viel Resonanz dieser hashtag bekommt (wie es bei #mastodon via Webbrowser der Fall ist)? :-/ Das fehlt!

Recommendations for Mastodon apps. I use Tusky a lot, but now that my instance lets me Boost or Quote toots, it doesn't seem to support quoting. Maybe this feature is in the pipeline?

Mastodon Android app always shows me notifications when someone has interacted with me. Tusky never shows me notifications.
Tusky doesn't scroll to top (most recent) post in timeline after refresh. Mastodon does.

Can you somehow subscribe to other users' threads?

I find myself regularly bookmarking other users' posts for the sole purpose of later checking manually if more replies appeared. I see two issues with this:

1. It feels wrong to do manually what the network and app should do for me.

2. I probably don't see all replies from other instances. I'd hope that with subscribing I could increase their visibility to me.

I use the @Tusky app.

Ok, I am now 100% positive that there is a bug in #tusky

It's hard to replicate, but here are the conditions;
1) Fairly lengthy post
2) Happens at or around the time you are using #hashtag and the pulling of auto complete hashtags happens
3) This one, may or may not be a factor, inattentive touching on the screen very close or at the time the auto complete happens.

Effect:
The entire screen slides to the right and the post is gone. Very annoying as it happens only on longer posts.

I can't add accounts to my lists unless I follow them?

OK so I'm ignorant - is this a restriction at the client (Tusky), instance (.social), network (Mastodon), protocol (ActivityPub), or other -level?

In unrelated news, about a hundred accounts I thought I'd curated in lists... I didn't.
