The variety of apps for Mastodon is as amazing as it is overwhelming. The bare-bones ‚original’ #Mastodon for iOS, the neglected #MetatextApp, #Amaroq, my current favourite #IceCubesApp … and I haven‘t even tried #Ivory, #Mammoth, and #Mastoot yet. 😅 Which client do you use?

@daniel Ja, Luxusproblem dass wir uns nicht entscheiden können. Ich bin gerade wieder bei #ivory , weil #mastoot bei mir keine Benachrichtigungen mehr anzeigt und auf dem iPad unterschiedliche Ansichten gleichzeitig synchronisiert werden. Finde #Wooly auch toll… aber ich komme vom swipe to reply nicht mehr weg. :D … ich brauche einen Client der das unterstützt.

I think my favourites are the native app and Metatext so far, although I understand that development on the latter has stopped.
What what be a killer for me is an app that shows both toots and tweets, like #Twidere on Android.
I know #Tweetbot is developing #Ivory but I wonder if #Hootsuite or #IconFactory, the makers of #Twitterrific have plans?

Wenn ich über die #app #mastodon versuche einen #Toot mit Bild zu machen, erhalte ich beim #upload des Bildes seit einigen Tagen das hier - siehe #screen.

Swapping between iOS mastodon clients. For a quick catch up on the Home timeline I tend to use #Mastoot as I love the unread toot counter, but for catching up on the Local timeline I use #Tusker as #Mastoot does not allow one tap timeline charging or holding position on any timeline except Home.
