Interesting. This seems to be an attempt to salvage a #silentfilm that had the bad luck to come out once talkies caught on. Basically, it's "part- #talkie" but like Prince Valiant has words: it's just a single narrator, with sound effects; no true dialogue, the actors don't talk audibly.
