    The #Behringer 960 & 1027 #stepSequencer clones do not send trigger pulses from their step outputs when externally stepped, but full-width gates.  Unlike the 182, which does send a c.20% pulse.  (Also, neither the 1027 nor the 182 pulse width controls affect the output in this case.)  So two contiguous steps become a single 200% width pulse even if taken from the 960 & 1027 separately.  I assume this is original behaviour?

    Time for a rethink.
