I've just used 2000 #DB BahnBonus points on a Freifahrt International ticket (Kolding-Munich with a minor 16 hr transfer in Wuppertal, return in Nightjet Minicabin!).

Maybe everyone here knew this already but it took me some time to figure out:

Booking a free BahnBonus Freifahrt only works (logged in or not) if the language on the bahn.de website is set to German..

Knowing DB this is probably not malicious but just a known issue on a very long to-do list.

I really wish Google would allow us to modify the themes in a chromebook. Black or white sucks. I prefer the title bar to show a different colour to indicate it is the foreground task. Also set up a border around the app to make it visually obvious where it is. That pathetic shadow doesn't cut it at all. Similar rant for Windows. For my #linux boxes I have them set to make it obvious what is the foreground task and I can easily see the borders of the app.

I added a new feature to my game:

You now can talk to the NPC directly and change their work priorities.

Changing the work priorities has been in the game for quite some while, but it was only done in a huge matrix for all NPCs at once before.

Having a menu for one NPC is a less powerful option, but that makes it feel more personal and less overwhelming :-)

These Apple’s recent half-editors — Icon Composer and SF Symbols — sort of look simple and pretty on the surface, but there are some messes of convoluting/scrambling the visual expression of the structure of the underlying data model.

Or maybe it just does not work for my brain, I don’t know. But I feel like there is some unintuitive-ness built in, that constantly trips me up. Little paper-cuts.

Is it just me?
