Writing is fun. Editing, less so, but has to be done.
I have two edited awaiting publication, (paranormal mystery and a police procedural) and three more written awaiting editing (this Thriller, an Urban Fantasy, and a medieval Fantasy)

@TheConversationUK And here in #Portsmouth we have a few more local words that derive from #Romany roots: dinlo (for a stupid person, and often shortened to din as in "stop being a din") and mush (for a mate, as in "alright, mush, how you doing?") Squinny is another popular word though I'm not sure where it derives from. It means to moan or whine ("Stop squinnying!" or "Don't be such a squin.")
