More rusty rail painting today.
Coffee, tasty treats and some Fat Boy Slim tunes helped ease things along. I even managed to keep the paint off the new Christmas jumper!
I’m getting there - mostly touching-up to do and then on to ballasting.

Today I got stuck right in to painting the rails with Rail Match Dark Rust.
It’s slow-going but makes for a big improvement.Looking at the photos I’ll need to do some touching-up. It’s very difficult to tell the areas I’ve missed, from the areas of paint that catch the light!
This will take a while but worth the effort I think.
