  14. Within some #FairfieldCounty #Connecticut neighborhoods, more than 2 out of every 100 residents (2%) are currently incarcerated — more than 30X the rate in other neighborhoods in the area. These neighborhood-level rates are averages: Among some groups such as men, young adults, and persons who identify as Black, these percentages are considerably higher.
