Shoulder CARs, teecup exercise, inside and outside circles with indian club (2kg), banded shoulder dislocates, banded external shoulder rotations, banded cheerleaders, swimmers, lying broomstick overhead presses, cossack shifts, shinbox switches, calf raises, tibialis raises, hip airplanes, world's best stretch, deep squat with reach, couch stretch, bear walks, froggers, banded planked clam shells (5x10 sec. e.s.), Copenhagen planks (knee version 6x10 sec e.s), ab wheel roll outs (2x10), passive hang on pullup bar.
