I already was aware of this #legal weak point of #ai idk why it's only becoming made aware by courts now when the damage is already done.
#Google ai results are not protected in a similar way how a blanket section 230-like protection would cover. Ai results are legally treated as Google's own words, not as user speach. Idk know about you all but if Google wants to keep playing this shove ai into everything game they can keep winning prizes like this scenario in #gemany.

I crouch to take my photos, a chorus of birds sing in the nature that surrounds me. Dragonflies danced around, and there were so many butterflies!
Now, the bus has been removed.

So much for the German remembrance slogan “Never again”.
