The last stage of our tour was through the fields back to our starting point 3,5 weeks ago, where my 95 years old mother lives. She says that we are crazy to cycle so much, even if she probably cycled more in her entire life than me in mine (yet).

Ja, da geht das. Ich bin schon zig mal mit #Brompton in #Liegewagen und #Schlafwagen gefahren (nicht nur #Nightjet, auch #Trenhotel, #EuropeanSleeper, #CaledonianSleeper uvam. auch damals noch mit #DeutscheBahn) wo fast immer das #Fahrrad unter's Bett paßt.
Nur bei einigen älteren Zügen ging es nicht, weil unter dem Bett nicht durchgängig 27 cm Platz in der Höhe war.
Daher meine Frage, wie/ob es mit #MiniCabin geht. Ich werde es jedenfalls nicht ausprobieren, ohne vorher mit #ÖBB geklärt zu haben, daß das Personal ggf. das Rad über Nacht sicher verstaut, wenn es anders nicht geht. -

We got home early enough from weekend church family camp that I had a chance to go bike Lake Washington Blvd! It was raining but a #brompton ride with a rain cape is a lot easier to manage with no cars. Saw plenty of folks out despite the weather!

Bahntrasse u. unbefestigten Wegen. 6¾h unterwegs gewesen, davon gute 4h reine Fahrtzeit. Und warm war's. Dieses Mal aber die Sonnencreme nicht vergessen u. auch nochmal nachgeschmiert. Und das #GLine hat heute 3500km gefeiert. 🎉
