Three Books on a Table
When this novel began, there were three physical books on my table, and none of them had anything to do with the others. One was a slim green-and-gilt volume from 1922 called The Wild Heart, eleven animal sketches of Puget Sound country, foxed at the corners, written by a woman almost nobody remembers. One was the Theogony of Hesiod, a genealogy in verse, roughly a thousand lines of who was born to whom, composed by a Boeotian farmer about seven hundred years before Christ. And one was the Inferno, in the English that Henry Wadsworth Longfellow made out of the worst years of his life. An animal book, a family tree, and a tour of hell. The Disposition is what happened when I stopped treating them as three books and started treating them as one instrument with three registers. […] -

This is Rummy. He was a rescue #dog. He escaped the #pound, #escaped #rescue (multiple times), #escaped our back yard. But he never could escape our #hearts. He lived for 17 years with us &brought us #joy. Never did he get punished for being a #dog !!!
I would take a bullet for this dog.

I created #SQL #dump file using #SSMS. Yet interestingly when running it with #sqlcmd, it says that it hasn't been properly #escaped. - I'll investigate it closer, but it looks interesting. Why it wouldn't be properly escaped? That's really confusing. But I'll dig into it. The dump file just just a hundreds of gigabytes which makes it bit harder. -

I realized there was a major #clutter explosion at home. I’m also coming to terms that this is a function of my #sensory and #emotional #overload. Have had some recent #school #stress related to #actuallyautistic son’s incomplete #supportplan. #escaped to #family #holiday weekend, and was #horrified at their fascination with #hoarders TV show. Back home and feels good to have #decluttered. Would love to learn #strategies to better manage this through a stress event. @actuallyautistic
