This is Rummy. He was a rescue #dog. He escaped the #pound, #escaped #rescue (multiple times), #escaped our back yard. But he never could escape our #hearts. He lived for 17 years with us &brought us #joy. Never did he get punished for being a #dog !!!
I would take a bullet for this dog.

@MsHearthWitch Cocker Spaniels are adorable. My guy's around 8, according to our vet. We actually thought he was much older (~13ish according to the pound) because we usually adopt older dogs so this was sort of a bonus. #dogsrule

@Fury I've had 3 dogs in my life:, Sheepa, Goofey & Waldo - all adopted. We kept the names they had at the animal shelter. Waldo is the newest who we've only had since May but he's easily the most affectionate - and I thought Goofey was the most affectionate previously!
(He had to wear the cone of shame for a few weeks because of an operation)

Convinced my dog has learned to read.
He manages to pee in almost every yard that's posted a sign warning dogs either to keep off or to not poop or pee there -- even if he just relieved himself in the previous lawn! Even if it's just on their sidewalk. #DogsRule
