DOI: https://doi.org/10.1051/0004-6361/202244991

Just woke up from a crazy #night observing #HIP41378 with so many instruments. Quick updated status (from what I just red):
- photometry: so far it seems only @hubble86 got a good weather during the expected ingress 🤞
- spectroscopy: data from #CARMENES / #CalarAlto, #HARPS-N / #TNG & #ESPRESSO / #ESO are in my mailbox. ✅

No news yet from the US-based observatories (and India who haven't started observing yet).

We are still IN TRANSIT.

We requested #ESO's director time on the #VLT ➡️ time granted on #ESPRESSO ✅
We requested time to the director of the #HauteProvence observatory ➡️ time granted on #SOPHIE ✅
We requested time to the director of the #CalarAlto observatory ➡️ time granted on the #CARMENES spectrograph ✅
We contacted a colleague who use a telescope in India ➡️ time granted on #PARAS ✅
We contacted by a colleague in the #US who developed a new spectrograph ➡️ time granted on EXPRES ✅

First, #European observatories:
- #Wendelstein obs. 🟠
- #SOPHIE / #HauteProvence 🟠
- #CARMENES / #CalarAlto 🟢
- #HARPS-N / #LaPalma 🟠

The #weather #forecast (white means clouds, blue means rain) at the time of observations does not look very good. 🤞 for better than expected weather conditions.

Calar Alto 🇪🇸 might still be OK.
