Haggis, neeps and tattiesWith a little shallot and whisky 'marmalade'. #BurnsNight belatedly for sundry uninteresting reasons. I can also hugely recommend Dijon mustard on the side, which goes extremely well.

My take on #BurnsSupper.
Haggis is hard to find in my Canadian province, despite the very high proportion of people here with Scottish origins. Every year I say I'm going to plan ahead and order one, but I'm terrible at planning and every year I end up not making dinner at all.
This year I just forged ahead with a shredded roast beef instead, and it turned out lovely. Pictured here with neaps & tatties and a whisky gravy.
