Cucumber yoghurt curry, fresh onion pickleThis recipe by Cynthia Shanmugalingam was in yesterday's Guardian and sounded so tempting, I made it immediately. No gooseberries for the pickle, so made a red onion version (not quite the same, but used the same method and spicing). Recommend giving a go.
