  1. WHOLEHEARTER LIFE 6/10 🕊️
Wholeheartedness often looks like letting go: of what people might think, of pleasing and performing, of perfection as protection.

  2. Mind the Disengagement Divide 4/10
Vulnerability can also be misused. Floodlighting happens when we share raw stories with people who haven’t earned the right to hear them. 🔦

  3. Sliding Doors 6/10
Vulnerability is not oversharing. It is not a performance. It is sharing with those who have earned the right to hear us. 🔒

  4. Sharing the home-recorded chorus of my song “Let Them.”

    It’s about letting go the illusion of control of other people and taking back your peace.

    Appreciate this community and the thoughtful conversations here.

  8. NICE VS. KIND

    Nice is polite. Kind is honest.
    Nice keeps the peace. Kind protects boundaries.
    Nice is a performance. Kind is a choice.

    You don't owe nice to anyone.
    Especially not to strangers giving unsolicited advice.

    What kindness actually looks like:
    * Say no without explaining
    * Love people enough to be honest
    * Protect your energy fiercely
    * Rest without guilt
    * Set boundaries without apologizing

    If someone calls you mean for having boundaries?
    They're choosing their comfort over your wellbeing.
    That's their problem. Not yours.
    Choose kind. To yourself first. Always.

    TLDR: We're healing together, one honest moment at a time.

    P.S. I'm testing 5 epigrams from my #PocketManifesto here over the next few weeks. Research toward something bigger. Follow along if this lands.

  13. TIL about the 3-6-9 #dating rule i.e.
    3 months: Honeymoon phase - enjoy the butterflies, figure out compatibility

    6 months: Reality check - do you still like them when the dopamine wears off?

    9 months: Decision point - is this actually going somewhere?

    It's permission to pause and assess. Not just momentum. Not "we've come this far." Actual choice.

    Because real #intimacy shows up after the butterflies leave.

    When you see how they handle conflict. When you're both tired. When the mystery settles into reality.

    That's who you're choosing. Not the highlight reel.

    And honestly? This applies to everything.

    Jobs. Friendships. Projects. Cities.

    We're allowed to check in and change direction.

    Growth isn't betrayal. It's honouring present truth.

    Do you reassess your relationships, or do you just keep going until something breaks?

    Found a video online that explains it well youtu.be/8KKD_kXdlrA?si=9fH3xt

  14. Sexual thoughts when you see nudity's normal. I get turned on by fit bodies!

    CW: pic of exotic dancer in thong

    Here's the difference between being human & being harmful:
    Perverts violate #consent. They take pics w/o permission, touch without asking, or make others uncomfortable for their own gratification.

    Humans with sexual thoughts choose their response.

    When you see a nude body at a #naturist space, you might think "ooh lala." That's biology.

    What matters is what you DO with that thought.

    Do you stare & make others uncomfortable?
    OR do you acknowledge the thought & let it pass?

    Do you approach someone sexually in a non-sexual space?
    OR do you respect the space & context?

    The goal isn't eliminating sexual thoughts; it's practicing appropriate responses.

    Naturist spaces aren't about becoming asexual. They're about learning that bodies can exist without performing sexually.

    Your thoughts don't make you a pervert. Your actions do.

    Can you separate appreciation from violation?
