I’m a Ceraunophile, but the foster kitten is definitely not. Vancouver had eight thunderclaps on Tuesday night. It was exhilarating for me, but it sent her straight under the bed. When another clap happened this morning, she was scared all over again.
I spent the morning soothing her and showing her she was safe. It’s a good reminder that fear usually comes from things we don't understand. To her, the thunder is a scary threat. To me, it’s just a "sonic boom" caused by air expanding.
Understanding the "why" behind the noise changed my whole experience. I’m happy to say she is finally out from under the bed today. It’s a small win for her nervous system.
When we understand how our own systems work, we don't have to hide from the "thunder" in our lives. We can learn to regulate and stay grounded instead.

What to expect: A guide for introverts
Joining a new group can feel like a "Hardware" overload. We designed the FediCollective to be different.
Here's the flow for our Brew & Build sessions so your nervous system knows what’s coming:
The Soft Landing: We meet in quiet, accessible Third Spaces like the Tommy Douglas community room of the Burnaby Public Library. No loud music or crowded bars.
The Small Circle: We limit groups to 9 people. This keeps the social "Software" from crashing.
Structured Flow: We use simple prompts for introductions. No need to "perform" or fight for a turn to speak.
Co-Working Peace: After we talk, we spend time working quietly together. It’s the "Math of Love" in action—being together without the pressure to talk.
We value presence over performance. If you need to step away or just listen, that’s respected here. This is a sober, inclusive container for your best ideas to grow.

FediCollective is a Third Space designed for people who find traditional networking dysregulating.
Our "Brew & Build" sessions are small, quiet, and purposefully introvert-friendly.
We skip the high-pressure noise and move straight into grounded connection. We limit our circle to 9 people to keep the energy stable. No forced rules—just mutual respect, active listening, and space to breathe.
Whether you’re a builder, a creative, or a heart-centred founder, you don't have to "perform" here. We use a structured flow to make sharing easy, followed by quiet co-working to ground your ideas.
If you're tired of "loud" networking and want a place where your nervous system can finally relax while you connect, join our next circle in Burnaby. ☀️

The data is out: Loneliness is an epidemic. The "Third Space" is being reborn.
CNBC reports a massive shift. People are ditching noisy bars and high-pressure networking for "Wellness Third Spaces." We're talking nervous system safety, real community, and emotional repair.
This is why I built the FediCollective.
Tech and Marketing friends: your work is high-pressure. Your "Hardware" (your body) needs a place to discharge stress without the nightclub noise. We provide a sober, inclusive container in Vancouver to regulate and restore.
This isn't just "networking." It's a living system for Social Coherence. We swap forced rules for mutual respect.
Stop isolating in your home office. Step into the stable power of a regulated collective. ☀️
Join us every last Sunday in Metro Vancouver: https://fedicollective.lovable.app/

Friendship in a 24/7 Digital World (2 of 2)
A true friend understands that life has seasons. Sometimes we talk every hour. Sometimes we go quiet to focus on our service to others.
Self-Respect Tip: Don't apologize for having a life. Real friends don't demand all your energy. They celebrate the fact that you’re out in the world making a difference.
In the Year of the Horse, we move with purpose. If someone can't keep up with your pace of service, it’s okay to let them go. Your Inner Circle should be made of people who respect your silence as much as your speech.
Quick Glossary:
Async: We don't have to be online at the same time. You message now; I reply when I’m free.
Capacity: How much energy a person has. If someone leaves after a week of silence, their "tank" is just full of their own stress.
Boundaries: Being reachable 24/7 is a choice, not a rule.
We value slow, deep connection. Join us at the #FediCollective in Vancouver for IRL coffee chats

FediCollective is growing. We are now anchoring our community work within the Economy of Wisdom Foundation. Together, we are building a better internet for everyone through Transmutarianism.
This evolution brings together three unique perspectives by 3 Vancouver-based founders!
What does this mean for you? We are building better systems for mutual growth. Our events are Generative. This means you leave with more energy and ideas than you started with. We still have the same cozy vibe. Our meetups are small, quiet, and friendly for introverts.
We meet every month in person in Metro Vancouver. If you live here or are just visiting, you are welcome. Our next event is Brew Build #8 this April at the Community Room of the Tommy Douglas Library in Burnaby.
We only have 9 spots to keep our circle grounded.
Transmutarianism is our Third Space for builders and creatives.

Even with a Kinesiology degree, I'm still discovering how my own body works. I'm using a Push-Pull-Pulse system at WonderPoint Wellness to reclaim my vitality.
In TCM, we move "Qi" (life energy). When Qi stops, we get stagnation—the heavy sludge that causes pain. I call my cupping marks "cup kisses." They're part of a Triple Threat to that stagnation:
1. The Push (Ultrasonic Massage): Sound waves break up stuck tissue
2. The Pull (Cupping): Suction pulls up to create space for Qi
3. The Pulse (TENS): Tiny electrical pulses I use to keep my nerves clear
Massage pushes down, but cupping pulls up. This is better for the fascia. Pulling creates space in the interstitium—our fluid highway—and brings in oxygen. It's more effective than sports massage or acupuncture for me. It draws waste to the surface so the body can flush it out.
I'm the architect of my own health. Follow & share your healing journey in the comments!

The FediCollective site just got a major upgrade! ☀️
I refined the layout to make everything smoother and faster. It`s now easier to navigate and more accessible for everyone.
Scroll to the footer to find a new daily affirmation. It changes every 24 hours to help you stay grounded and stable.
Check out the new look here: https://fedicollective.lovable.app/
How does the new flow feel to you? ⚖️

Welcome to the Fediverse! ☀️ As you settle in, you might meet people who try to tell you there are "rules" for how to post. Don't let them ruin your experience!
Giving advice when nobody asked for it is usually about control, not help. It's a sign that the other person isn't respecting your space.
To keep your energy high and your mind clear, try these 3 simple tools:
1. The Quick Clean: Deleting a mean comment is a great way to show yourself respect
2. Energy Saving: You don't have to talk to everyone just because you use the same hashtag
3. The Block Button: Blocking is your best friend—it stops entitlement and you don't owe anyone an explanation
The Fediverse is about being diverse, not being the same. You are the boss of your own digital home. Use your filters to keep your space peaceful so you can keep growing! ⚖️🐈⬛

Most digital spaces drain your battery with "Noisy Signals." We use Resonant Alignment to fix this. Solfeggio tones help your body move from stress into "Rest and Repair."
396Hz: Let go of fear
528Hz: Repair your "Hardware"
639Hz: Better connection
741Hz: Clear toxins
852Hz: Spiritual order
963Hz: OnenessListening is an act of Self-Respect. It is an audit of your energy.
New FediCollective website features:
1. Frequency Player: Select tones in the bottom right with smooth transitions
2. Frequency Art: Visuals now change to match your tone
3. On-Demand Affirmations: Click the "recycle" icon on the left for a fresh resetUse headphones for the full vibration. How do you feel when you switch the frequency?
-
Just updated the FediCollective website to help us stay in a high vibration.
1. Ambient 528Hz Love Frequency Player: For transformation and deep rest. Use headphones to really feel the vibration
2. Frequency Visualizer: To ground your focus and see the sound
3. Daily Affirmation Cards: For your mental hygiene and a quick reset
This is a high-vibe spot to breathe and heal. It’s free. Share it if you know someone who needs a reset.
Let’s value our peace today. How do you feel when you listen?

FediCollective: a group of builders making "healing tech"—tools rooted in joy and safety for the communities that need them most.
We believe trust should be the default setting and focus on 3 things:
1. People > Protocols: We put human care before rigid rules
2. Coffee Chats: Low-pressure talks to brainstorm the future of tech
3. Co-creating the Web: We build open tools for a better, decentralized digital futureWhat keeps you feeling steady and safe in your own life? Share your thoughts at our next Vancouver IRL coffee chat!

🐶 Joy, Food, and Gratitude
1. New Neighbour: Pure joy ran into me today! Met Biscuit 🐩 and her human, my new neighbours.2. OMAD & Nourishment: Fueled up with homemade okra, roasted shrimp, green peas for dinner, plus a delicious lentil/split pea soup mix (thanks, BFF! 🎁). It was part of a 3-pack ready-to-make soup xmas gift I received!
3. Body Electric : TENS massage erased yesterday's knot! Shoulders and back are clear. Ready for cupping therapy tomorrow. Working on getting my hips and spine back to perfect alignment. 🧘♀️
My favourite gift isn't the pile of unopened presents waiting for New Year's Day; it's always pure Presence. Pictured here are #FediCollective folx who joined me today! Most stayed for 2 hours, the rest stayed for 3 chatting about dev, design, startups, marketing, the Open Web and what we are grateful for 💚

👑 Huge mahalo (thanks) to the incredible humans here on fedi! We are the signal in the noise. Not here to scream into the void or broadcast at you.
When online, my goal is to connect and converse. Follower numbers don't matter to me. People are more than numbers; they are individuals with rich stories. I focus on coherence and resonance.
I connect deeply with aligned people, whether online privately or IRL if you happen to visit or are in Vancouver.
We have a special place for that connection: FediCollective has been meeting since September 2025 as a Third Space in Metro Vancouver as a direct result of FediCon2025. Come join us. We are planning big things for 2026!
If you want to connect with other kind people, you can join us here: https://fedicollective.lovable.app/
You can also check out what we are doing this Sunday or later on our event calendar: https://lu.ma/fedicollective
If we haven't connected yet, what is the one thing that brings you the most bliss right now?

🧵3/3 Gratitude & Sign-Off
I'm officially stepping away from tech building for a bit.
Big thanks for the great memories: helping with FediCon 2025, starting #FediCollective (still doing great), and helping to get the Federated Video Initiative moving (go, atomicpoet)!
I don't know what's next, but I'm really excited for it.
Not saying goodbye to tech, just refocusing on the path before me: self and Collective Healing.
With love,
C. Bliss Addams -
3/3: Trust and Co-Creation
✨ Last Pillar: Trustworthiness. This is the outward action of your integrity and self-worth.
Trustworthiness is just showing up authentically and reliably—it proves that we are fundamentally kind.
Mainstream media feeds us fear and anxiety, but there is so much good happening locally.
The Light Triad calls us to look at natural and indigenous design and remember we are stewards of Mother Earth, not viruses.
Co-creation is the most powerful act of remembering!
Want to see the full blueprint for building this Hyper-Conscious Civilization? I hope you join and build it together with us!

⚡️ 2 of 2: Building the Open Web with Care
The Integrity Protocol isn't just for dating; it's how we build tech, too!
At #FediCollective, we code for freedom and belonging, not just harvesting data.
We’re literally building the Light Triad into the network—valuing presence and softness over the chaotic race of performance.
Every user is an end, not a tool. That’s the kind of conscious civilization we’re after.

I've activated my new signature code: 𓂀𓃠☥𓆣𓆃.
I'm architecting the future using ancient wisdom. Each glyph is a structural principle I live by:
the Eye of Ra (Clarity and Wholeness),
the Lion (Unwavering Authority),
the Ankh (Vitality and Presence),
the Scarab (Transformation), and
Ma'at's Feather (Absolute Coherence).I don't debug systems, I decree integrity from a place of Ma'at (Truth). This is my Badass Empress energy in action, built on 5D Love.
-
Let's talk about what I love to see at tech events: macarons. This is better than dulling your senses with alcohol just to manage social anxiety.
I’m Crissy, and I choose teetotalism in professional settings.
Why? Alcohol pushes us into performance, not authentic presence. To build systems based on integrity, we need people operating with full coherence.
That's why my events are simple: coffee chats, tech walks, paper discussions, and coworking.
We prioritize people over platforms. Our spaces are inclusive and accessible: family and pets are welcome. We create stable connection—not just loud networking.
You don’t need to dull your senses to connect. You just need a well-architected space.
What's FediCollective? Join us in Metro Vancouver for cozy coffee and cream puffs with heart-based mindful cuties at https://fedicollective.lovable.app/

🔱 Love is Math 2 of 2
⚖️ The Non-Negotiable Rules
Presence > Performance: Choose Energetic Stability (being calm and fully present) over constantly chasing external results and validation. Presence is the ultimate preparation.
People > Platforms: Focus on the thriving and coherence of the humans in your life (People). The systems, trends, or tools (Platforms) are always secondary and disposable.
This is the structural integrity check for every decision. Are you operating on high-coherence code?
Share your favorite rule below!
-
Having a moment with the Panther energy today. 🐆 The coolest thing I'm learning lately is that the best System Integrity Check we can do isn't external (like clearing out the platforms), it's internal.
That inner guidance system—the one that tells you who to align with for work and who to invite for play—is always on point. You just have to be quiet enough to hear it. The Panther doesn't roar; it knows.
We spend so much time debugging the outside world, but the biggest healing (and the best alignment data) comes from listening to that deep, quiet intuition first. That's the real Pachamama code. 🌿
What's your intuitive system check telling you today? 💖

🛑 Deleting Corrupted Code 3of3: The heavy energy of trauma and past failures can't be fixed by fighting it seriously. We delete the corrupted code with lightness.
We ascend—we raise our frequency—by viewing these structural failures with lightheartedness and Sovereign Detachment. We label the pain as "corrupted code" or "irrelevant data," and we delete it with ease.
This act of emotional sovereignty allows you to transmute the low-frequency energy of grief and fear into the high-frequency output of Wisdom and Joy.
By cleaning your personal frequency, you act as a stable node in the global network. You accelerate the collective's journey toward a higher state of consciousness—a world defined by Sovereign Multiplication and Systemic Integrity.
What is one structural principle (like Kindness or Presence) you are enforcing today to stabilize your own system?
