I am using #labwc as a secondary wm and have this in my autostart. But screen doesn't poweroff after 2 minutes. How do I debug this? #linux #powermangement #Wayland -
@razze So playing is possible with experimental bleeding edge? How is the performance? I read that there is also stability issues on windows? #huntshowdown1896

@borko I totally get that and as I grow older I totally sympathize with the idea. I really adore the way cmdline programs declutter your screen. Also they dont "change" as much and you are not required to use the mouse for them.
For me personally its not possible as a standalone computer to go cmdline only.

@diazona @libreivan Thank you for your thoughts, apart from (2) which is disabled on most browser setups (e.g. mullvad-browser, arkenfox) I totally see how just typing some words in the address bar might be enough and using bookmarks for stuff you want to check one later. I got so used to #onetab extension that the builtin bookmarks feel sluggish. But I will try to change my behavior and see how it goes.

@Whidou Wow you are being on the forefront of new releases and actually playing them. I back #yoonsuin 2e myself. Sad to hear the didn't polish the useability for the table.
With #cairn 2e and also #knave2e I am very reluctant, because they didn't convince me through their campaign and in terms of #knave2e even disappointed quite a bit with the few glimpses I got from the videos of it. -

#watches rabbit hole has got me, I have been very interested in decent watches for quite some time, but did not jump the gun yet. although I had my eyes on some specific models for years now. @knu I think my problem with OBS lies in its version, I might need to reinstall it or something for the virtual camera feature to work. I have 28.1 but the virtual cam button is not showing under controls. I googled it a bit. Will use #droidcam for now. Once I settle with my camera placement, I will check out if I go with the pro version of droidcam or try to get OBS working, maybe it offers higher resolution than 480p for free.
