A través de este comunicado queremos saludar a los distintos lof en resistencia, y al pueblo chileno consciente, quienes apoyan actualmente nuestra causa. Expresamos lo siguiente:
Kiñe: Al cumplirse 19 días de nuestra injusta detención, queremos dejar evidencia de manera pública la persecución de Estado opresor hacia nuestro lof de Curacautín y Lonquimay, especialmente a nuestra comunidad Txluf Antu, donde a través de montaje permanecemos detenidos en el CDP Angol.
Epu: Denunciamos el montaje utilizado para inculparnos de delitos sin tener pruebas concretas, basándose en declaraciones de testigos protegidos, atentando y vulnerando nuestra presunción de inocencia garantizada constitucionalmente manteniéndonos en prision preventiva sin base jurídica que demuestre claramente motivo o razón para darnos esta extrema medida, alejándonos de nuestro territorio ancestral.
Kula: Somos dos weche perseguidos actualmente por motivos injustificados, los que históricamente ha utilizado el Estado contra las comunidades que han luchado por la recuperación de nuestro territorio.
Hacemos un llamado a acompañarnos en este proceso de lucha que actualmente estamos llevando mediante el apoyo y presencia de comunidades y pueblo chileno consciente manteniendo de esta manera viva la integridad y dignidad de nuestro pueblo ancestral.
