I got myself a tamborim, the instrument I’ve played for the past two years with the community Samba Batucada band here (we are called Samba Nova). Excited to practice at home and try out stuff on my own that we play together.
Here it is with the practice head on instead of the regular drum head, it’s quiet that way at home for everyone and I can swap them for when I play out.
