I finished my nibling's quilt in time for Christmas! don't know how long piecing the top together took, but the total time spent making the quilt sandwich, basting it, quilting it together, and binding it was about twelve hours. Here's the end result.

Twice in the past three days I have gone to Joann.com looking for wide fabric to use on the back of a quilt. Twice, I have found wide fabric that says on the web site that it is in stock, and ordered two yards thereof.
