Okie so revisiting the whole site thing. Need to move away from the super clunky and def designed for techies Mediawiki into something less diff.
Requires:
- Multi users (I want help lol)
- Markdown (Non techie writers stuffs)
- Easy to mod themes w CSS ( I learned!)
- MFA (pls)
- I dunno, maybe some other cool stuffs?I like flat file stuffs BC I can just back it up easy so that is preferred tbh. But I dunno a lot so I might be being stupid?

Can I add words to my filter thing on the mastodon app, or is it a computer thing?

A simple solution for this - because I know that a burn-in effect may happen - would be for iPhones without an AOD to get a new timer setting for the standby mode, like we have for the display in general. I could for example set my standby mode display to 20 minutes and that would be such an improvement to the current situation of 20-40 seconds.
Just please, do not link the standby mode so hard to the AOD. It’s just infuriating.

This means in terms of missing functionality:
- standby mode shuts down after a few seconds (where’s the use case then for this mode??)
- hand waving in front of the iPhone doesn’t work - so no attention wake upTwo big points that are exclusively for Pro users although I guarantee you it’s just a software thing which could be solved in an update.
(Infos so far from comparing the standby mode and settings of my husband’s 14 Pro and my own 15.)

I just discovered that to use the new standby mode in its full capacity you need to have an iPhone with an always on display. (The Pro and Pro Max versions of the 14 and 15.)
Which means that most of the normal iPhone users (like myself) cannot use the standby mode as intended because the display just goes dark after a few seconds.
The issue is just a software thing, NOT a hardware one. So all non-Pro iPhones can’t use 100% of the promised features. Great.

Who the FUCK is responsible for companies accepting only their headphones with a special “license”????
On Windows (job related) I have huge issues with Teams and BT headphones not working, and now I wanted to connect my AirPods to my PS5 and it’s not working?!
Both issues are apparently because Microsoft and Sony alike only accept certain brands or their own headphones. What a huge bullshit. Fuck them.

#TechStuff #scalability Played around with k6 today for load testing, everything I could think of was possible and the docs are great. Highly recommended, tho I haven't done a large scale test yet.
