Usually, my daily commute is roughly 33km (20 ½ miles), that's a neat 35 minutes drive.
But not now.

Now, I need to diverge due to multiple road- and railway works which make my journey a 41km (25 ½ miles) ride, but I need 50 minutes because everyone else in my region has also to make at least one detour.
I know road/railway maintenance is necessary, but has it to be ALL AT ONCE??

I am so livid with the news from Sony. We pay nearly 100 dollars for games we earn the right to keep them. By making things fully digital you kill that right entirely. Companies can turn off servers whenever they like. Once a company goes out of business and their servers off games will disappear. I cannot stand this.
I am doubling down on my physical copy hunt down.
There has to be an alternative to this soon.

One of my patients lost her job recently. That means she lost her insurance. We're scouting for the most inexpensive pharmacies around, coupons, discounts, generics, whatever we can manage.
But she takes two shots to manage her diabetes. One is Ozempic, and that is PRICEY! Maybe increase her insulin instead?
Good news: insulin isn't $300/month anymore.
Bad news: the cheapest short-acting insulin I can find is $50/bottle.
