Have to give a big shout out to #CityLink on the Dublin Airport to Galway to Dublin City line. Amazing customer service as they switched our Bus for the half an hour later one due to the flight having just landed. Then they managed to get us to Dublin on an earlier bus Saturday saving us a load of time. #mastodaoine #customerservice I don't assume these things will happen so very nice when they can help :)

Poundland in Accrington, Lancashire (the English one) today refused to allow access an operator till for a customer in a wheelchair, so she told the staff member she was welcome to put it all back on the shelf.
Totally agree.
They already had a girl working a proper till, but she was only willing to do a refund for a lady who’d bought the wrong batteries.
Don’t care how ‘cheap’ the goods are (and they’re not a ‘Pound’ in that store any more). If you force folk to use self-service tills, you don’t deserve any business. Not just from disabled customers either.
Can guarantee the millionaire owners/board are not on minimum wage, or using self-service tills.

I have lotsa #DewaltTools which I've found to be decent. Some are 25+ yrs old. Last winter I needed to replace some batteries so decided to move to try a new ecosystem. I ended up staying w #Dewalt, and their 20V lithium batts.

One of the tools I acquired was a drill that had been fine, but recently become annoying. It spontaneously switches direction! What a hassle. You think you're removing a screw then it decides to go the other direction! Yikes!

Let's see how their #customerService is!
