I love good customer service. The 'handle' broke on my Niche Zero's on/off switch. I emailed them asking if they could let me know the switch model so I could order it and self fix.

They responded the same day saying I could order the PCB with the switch on for £14. A couple of days later and my 7 year old grinder is as good as new.
