  1. Apparently, Kroger sometimes decides to randomly link your rewards account with other rewards accounts because they think that’s something you want them to do. There’s no notice. It just happens! Doing so then causes lots of confusion when you expect rewards to be applied to your order and they don’t.

    I’m glad my mom (who lives in another state) saved an extra $9 on her order and fortunately Kroger credited us $10 for our “inconvenience” but… really??
