These attacks very unlikely to affect you w/right practices, and at least require resources to either run substantial fraction of network in malicious nodes, or have large reach of monitoring users / nodes for correlation.

Thankfully, networks are doing something about this.

As the video mentions, it is generally what YOU choose / unwittingly share, that matters most.
