  1. I was called cool today because I owned a duck named Ferdinand. I have two things to say about ducks 1) they are my favorite animals and 2) they have perfect density.

Like if you looked at a duck and thought "I guess it would weigh about that much" a duck weighs that much. The closest animal after that was a dachsund. It pleases me to pick up ducks.

  2. I have turned more and more into a silly goose the longer I am on HRT. Like brains change as pathways change. Anyways there is a character in a video game @thatfrisiangirlish and I play. The character is Bugbear from CP2077 and she makes a happy contented sigh when you free her.

Girlishfriend: Would you make Bugbear noises for me?
Me: *Pausing not in hesitation at a request and if I would do the thing or not but completely forgetting the character and going to the D&D Bestiary entry and having to think of the noise that a mash up between a bug and a bear would make.*
Me: *let's out a noise that is somewhere between a screech, an inhale, a scream and a roar*
    Girlishfriend:
shock and alarm and a wtf face
Me: You meant like the D&D monster?
    Ae: Noooo
    Both:
    Laugh hysterically

pictured below is 8ug8ear the character and Bugbear the Bestiary entry.

  3. Sometimes Humans really scare me. I went to a small university in Socorro, New Mexico, USA. This was very near to the Trinity Test sight and also a very large military testing ground. So like one day my parents come down for Parents week and we're like let's go see the sight of the first Nuclear Detonation. I'm a scientist why not?

So we go in the middle of this desert in the middle of nowhere and they have exhibits. And we see this crockware at one of these exhibits. I have been interested in science for a long time. So I see this cookware in beautiful vibrant colors but I get this feeling that it's like looking at a poisonous snake or a frog or a wasp.

It's this beautiful green and beautifully worked but my training is flashing red alert. This is danger substance. It's 1950s cookware and it's made out of URANIUM Glass from the Trinity Test sight.

They explain it was all the rage to eat out of cookware from nuclear test sights until people started getting cancer from Auntie Marge's casseroles. It's like what are humans
ACTUALLY? Like when they discovered XRays and Radium you could go to like the Fair and get pictures of your bones until once again people were getting cancer from slot machines.

Like we treat the radiocative capitalist weirdness of the Fallout Franchise like it's some dystopia but it just basically is reading history or even seeing US news after living in Europe for two years. Humans are truly absolutely terrifying sometimes. Coffee is good because it's poisonous? We enjoy spicy foods when that spice is a defense mechanism? Here, I'll serve it to you on cookware made from RADIOACTIVE material from world ending weapons in this house that's so nice and warm because we made it from asbestos. We'll just fill up on that water glass for ya from our new pipes made out of Lead.

We are all poor Jedediah that died drinking from that poisonous well.
