Working on my Scout-statue.
Stone part is nearly done. But maybe I'll add some more yellowish veins or some gold leaf.

I didn't have enough shadows on my daemon prince.
I tried to do some lining with a mix of inks and flow improver, but it didn't work out as expected.
I ended up putting a shade over all the skin.
So now, I'm back at repainting each surface one by one.

Initially I had blue above the waist, and purple below.
Now, I want to do blue on the front and purple on the back.

Over the past few days, I managed to finish (I think) the Herald of Tzeentch on Burning Chariot.
It's a large model, but I painted it in multiple sub assemblies and over a long period of time so it didn't feel overwhelming and I enjoyed painting it.

My spare parts demon is done!
Today I'll bring them to the "fighting pit"-event at the Warhammer Store. One mini per person, no named characters, no vehicles.
It's just good fun. Last year I brought my Paz'uz and came in third place. And I think that's very respectable with nearly twenty participants.

The local Warhammer Store is having a week-long birthday thing going on. Each day offers a new, fun event.
That's the product of the first day. The challenge was " here's our box with spare parts, build a demon!".
When I arrived at the store, all the big, cool demon parts were already gone. So I made do with what was left.

Between yesterday and today, I've been making some progress on my Herald of Tzeentch.
The scepter is almost done. Most of the work remaining is on the outer disc.
