I understand that eating pasta on a regular basis means "you are what you eat" would put me into the category of being a noodle. Being a noodle isn't half bad, as I get to interact with other ingredients and those ingredients complement the noodle. So eat pasta. Be a noodle. Be the complement to other ingredients.
