Werewolf Den
Nodevember 27-28

I used simple shapes for this scene and worked more on the moon, the stars and to get the werewolf in the view.
The stars are behind the mountain as points in volume, the werewolf has its hairs by geometry nodes, too.

I had some funny renders with the wolf looking like a bear or the stars shapes like a christmas star.

I'm a little late but I am already working on the last prompt.

Nodevember 25-26

I decided to use a camera angle that hides the ground. The house is just two cubes, the top with changed vertices.
Then I placed the gingerbread and set an hdr. I thought it could be done but I played around with different kinds of fir trees and used one with alpha texture.
Now I’m ready happy with the mood and setting.

Centaur Encampment
Nodevember 23-24

The tents I made with 9 tiny spheres and a shrinkwrap-like setup in geometry nodes with a big geometry getting smaller and the points narrowed down to the spheres. That gave me this cloth look.
The grass is made with curve nodes bundled in groups that are instanced on the terrain.
Done. :)

It took lots of hours. I created a procedural tree node group, grass with alpha channel, depth of field and played around with the scene, the placement of the objects.

I had the focus on the stylized look and that it’s a harmonic image where you want to be.

I started with a sword node where everything is a parameter. I really enjoyed a simple model after the difficulties of the last prompts. I just wanted to present 5 types of this node.
But then I couldn’t stop and added a wall (you know it?) and added mounts.

This was difficult. I finally picked just one light from the left and desaturation.
Books are made as variable node group and so are the bookshelves.
The cobweb system I created a while ago but is created on an invisible cube.

Elven Bakery

Everything’s created with nodes.

The waffles are based on circle and grid, the donuts on two circles. The form for both comes from volumes turned into meshes.
For the box I moved all vertices with noise and with compare nodes I created the for bakerys typical fold.

And during the creation, I had to pick some chocolate. :)

Trying my best to catch up for #nodevember2024 buuut. In the meantime I made a setup using Blender 4.3 Beta to use a grease pencil curve profile on a grease pencil curve base.

And damn is it so cool to watch (build modifier with grease pencil is an unexpected bonus)

And again I rendered an animation for the Dwarven Forge.

It’s done by a simulation zone moving the hats to the left and using sine for the „walk“. The first hat moves to the starting point as soon as it’s out of the screen.

I could only render with really low quality because of my old laptop without GPU but I had to do it. :)
