If you've ever watched someone play kaizo mario and thought it looked cool but also like you could never do it, I highly recommend trying out this particular hack. It is by far the friendliest kaizo hack I've ever seen, and I think anyone who is just generically "pretty good at video games" can get pretty far in it and feel good about it.
That said it's not an instructional hack that'll tell you how to do every trick, so you might need to check out a video of someone playing it if you get stuck to see what you're supposed to do.

I didn't even know Mega Man Maker existed. This franchise was rage-inducing enough as a kid without going out of your way to make custom #kaizo for it. Hats off to Mitchflowerpower for having a level of patience I will never achieve :P

As some of you may already know, I have a #PeerTube channel where I've been posting videos of me playing a #kaizo #romhack for #SuperMarioWorld called #LoveYourself.
I just finished it today. It's amazing. Every single level until the end prepares you for different mechanics you'd encounter in other kaizo romhacks. It truly is the gold standard for introducing people to kaizo.
You can watch the current playlist here. At some point in the future I'll finish recording the game until the end, although with my current skills that will take a long while.
