Just heard about this excellent micro fundraising idea #CharityNinjas which was started by the comedian Jason Manford.. there is a FB page too but they promote small UK charities struggling to reach crowdfunding targets on #JustGiving and encourage people to swoop in and donate £2 and they reach the target in hours. Nearly forgot this week's cake update, but I did at least remember to take a photo when I first put them out…

• Chocolate Tiffin: vegan, contains gluten
• Chocolate & Hazelnut brownies: contains gluten & dairy

Nothing gluten-free this week, due to "logistics" considerations (i.e. I cycled to work and it needed to be something that would survive being in a pannier)

Beautiful, kind hearted and fun loving Rhea sadly lost her life to Cardiac Arrest at the age of 19.

One of her life long best friends Evie wanted to write a song in her memory for her family & friends to keep and listen to whenever they so wished.

She contacted me to help her write this which was an absolute honour and of course something I was more than happy to help with.

I really dislike the fact that #disabled individuals have to #crowdfund for their essentials, but here we are, living in #capitalism.

Freddie needs a chair that is light enough not to cause further trauma to their own body, but is magically within the budget of Wheelchair Services. It doesn't exist sadly, and there is a balance that must be paid.

Can we help Freddie get a #wheelchair? I hope so.
