ICYMI, I ran the Royal Parks Half Marathon at the weekend to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society, raising £575 with a time of 2:00:14.

I had my flu jab this morning, so I quickly got a run in afterwards before any symptoms kicked in. I did 10K to Bait's Bite Lock and back in 58 mins. In the few days left before a week on Sunday, I'm going to do some faster 1500m runs to wake my legs and lungs up a bit!
