It reminds me of the #RenDanHeYi model and one of my favorite books "#Humanocracy" by Michele Zanini and Gary Hamel. Both impacted my leadership style a lot. The outcome of networks of microenterprises or networks of competence is... innovation, solutions addressing users' needs, as well as happy an fulfilled team members.
