Think of it like driving a car: small adjustments of the steering wheel minimise the risk of going off course. This superpower will become even more critical in the age of LLMs, as they tend to steer us towards larger batches of work. Learning splitting patterns might not look as impressive on a résumé, but it’s what keeps a team moving steadily forward.

Sauf que ça se fait en équipe. Parce qu'on bosse en extreme programming. Qui implique une responsabilité partagée du code. Du travail en équipe (mob programming). Et ça met plusieurs cerveaux sur un même sujet (souvent un sujet un peu gros). Bref, cette méthode de création de schéma a toujours été ma méthode pour mieux appréhender les choses, ce que j'apprends. Mais là, j'en ai pris mon parti et le fais pour en faire profiter tout le monde sans exception.
Je conseille de pratiquer cette méthode, c'est vraiment utile pour embarquer tout le monde et les tirer vers le haut :)

I differ from standard/conodical #ExtremeProgramming, in that I see value to some "External Technical Documentation." But I insist that it must clearly show value, to consider investing the time required to create and maintain it over time, and to find and use it.

I'm sorry to wave goodbye to a community of over 1500 members, and two decades worth of facilitating practice-based events, and teaching #ExtremeProgramming and #SoftwareCraft skills to programmers.
Lesson learned. Don't give your data to centralised services.
The group was immensely successful, and enjoyed a 4.9 rating. If you've run a meetup, you know what that means.
