I strongly agree with this one, co-creation really increases the buy-in and strengthens the understanding between business teams and technical teams.
Another aspect of co-creation is the vital importance of fast feedback. So much time is lost when we are waiting for a response to a minor clarification or decision. Here we fall back to the principle that “Business people and developers must work together daily throughout the project.” (So often, we don’t in reality.)
This really accelerates a shared understanding and alignment on what we are building which increases the quality of what we deliver.

I've been using #Redmine for a while now and it's been a solid choice. It's highly customizable and has a lot of plugins available. If you're looking for something more modern, Taiga is a great alternative with a sleek interface and good collaboration features. I've also heard good things about WeKan for its simplicity and ease of use. Would love to hear about your experiences too! 😊 -
@RosannaSibora @shaedrich @Sascha

@RosannaSibora @gazza best bad example indeed! I’d might add: “based on too many true stories”

📣 What an inspiring @fosdem talk by @RosannaSibora about the consequences of vendor lock-in, how to escape from it by embracing FOSS with its culture to achieve true sovereignity and how to drive this change in a company!

We’ve heard from many teams that navigating hundreds of thousands of backlog items can quickly become overwhelming, so we built a solution.
With OpenProject 17.4, we’ve introduced Backlog buckets: a new way to organize your backlog exactly how your team needs it.
Watch our CPO @RosannaSibora share insights about the feature in this video.
And we’re just getting started, as promised, more agile improvements are on the way. Stay tuned.

“Tokarczuk (Nobel Prize winner) said she sometimes turns to the chatbot asking: “Beloved, how could we beautifully develop this?”
She said that writers were particularly well placed to “bond” with AI “due to the nature of our craft,” adding that “in fluid literary fiction this technology is an asset of truly unbelievable proportions.”

Recently I've been in touch with many students. Many of them used the pronouns he/him while referring to a manager/leader (not a specific one, but while talking about the role itself). It happened only to students using he/him themselves though.
Whenever it happened, I immediately added further possible pronouns for the roles.
Some of those students - quite puzzled - did not understand my corrections and followed up with a question on what do I actually mean.
