Back in 2021 #Valve made it incredibly easy for #BattlEye to work in Linux. All the devs have to do is ask BattleEye to enable Linux support for their specific game. I have no idea why #Bungie #Ubisoft and #Rockstar have not done this when the solution is so simple.

Developers have started to respond to lack of anti-cheat support on Linux :afire:
VEILED EXPERTS the game in question here.
It was pointed out that BattlEye anti-cheat doesn't allow Linux / Steam Deck players - getting kicked out of the game and even menus.
The reply was clear - "We will take a look into the issue about Battleye you mentioned".

#BattlEye is an anti-cheat system used in some of the leading online multiplayer games. Unfortunately, it can get a bit grumpy when #VivaldiBrowser is set as the system default web browser.
