Amir Shahidi, padre di Mehrshad Shahidi – tra i giovani uccisi durante il movimento “Donna, Vita, Libertà” – è stato arrestato il 5 marzo 2026 ad Arak e portato in un luogo sconosciuto. Da giorni non ci sono informazioni sulla sua sorte o sul luogo di detenzione, nonostante i tentativi della famiglia di ottenerle. Le ragioni dell’arresto restano sconosciute.

Una studentessa di teatro di 20 anni, Dasta Farrokhi, è stata arrestata con violenza il 10 marzo 2026 ad Arak durante un’irruzione delle forze di sicurezza nella casa di famiglia, senza mandato. Gli agenti hanno perquisito l’abitazione e confiscato telefono e computer. Non sono noti i motivi dell’arresto né il luogo di detenzione. Era già stata arrestata durante il movimento “Donna, Vita, Libertà”.

IAEA says ‘no radiological effects’ after Arak reactor hit
In a post on X, the nuclear watchdog says it has information that Iran’s Khondab heavy water reactor – also known as the Arak reactor – was hit.
However, because the site was “not operational and contained no nuclear material”, there are “no radiological effects”, the IAEA said.

Under the 2015 Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), Iran agreed to redesign and repurpose the reactor for peaceful uses and limit plutonium output, while heavy water sales were permitted under oversight. -
What is the Arak heavy water reactor?
The Arak heavy water facility is located about 190km southwest of Tehran.
Construction began in the early 2000s as part of Iran’s broader nuclear programme.
The site includes a heavy water production plant and the IR-40 reactor, originally designed with a 40MW thermal capacity. Heavy water moderation allows for research, isotope production and the generation of plutonium as a byproduct.

● 84 موشک به سمت ایران شلیک شد که اکثراً موشکهای بلک اسپارو بودند.
● 78 موشک منهدم شد که 68 تا در خارج از مرزهای ایران و 10 موشک در آسمان ایران بود.
● از این تعداد، 54 موشک در آسمان عراق منهدم شد. 3 موشک نیز توسط پدافند برد بلند کشورمان در دهوک «شمالی ترین استان عراق» منهدم شد.
● نقش سامانههای بومی کشورمان مخصوصاً باور 373 در این زمینه چشمگیر بود.

Toute la cité Tchitgar de #Téhéran a encore tremblé ce soir avec les slogans de ses habitants visant directement le régime en #Iran et ses bras de répression:" Mort à Khamenei", "Mort aux bassidjis (miliciens) et "Mort aux Pasdaran (gardiens).
Les manifestants ont justement brûlé une caserne de bassidjis à #Arak de telle sorte que les pompiers n'ont pas réussi à étreindre le feu.
Les bassidjis sont les forces armées qui tuent les protestataires.
