Lower trackpad buttons on my #Lenovo #P50 goosed *again* (I only replaced them last year!

Thankfullly its easier to remove the whole upper housing around the keyboard than I thought so I was able to fit the replacements a bit quicker than last time..

I called #Lenovo support this morning and had to deal with an AI agent wasting a lot of my time asking me to give my details (name, email, PIN code etc.) only to get a lot of it wrong before asking me about my issue and transferring to a human agent, who promptly asked for many of the same details again. I have an issue with the fan making a rattling noise and the agent insisted that I demonstrate it in the call (didn’t work) or send an audio/video in spite of me telling them that there is noise
